ENMASSE means "All Together". The Association is a community of all the staff and the MBA students. They jointly plan & execute the important activities for the entire academic year. The inaugural of the Department Association is mostly conducted during the month of September, so as to welcome the first year students to the department and also get to know about the departmental activities. Every year eminent personalities from corporate are invited to the Inaugural function and the students are encouraged to interact with them.

DEFI is a National Level Management Meet, conducted by the Department of Management studies along with "ENMASSE" Management association. Many colleges are invited to share their talents and capabilities in various events. The symposium is mutually beneficial to both the organizing students and participating students since it helps them exhibiting their managerial skills. Since its inception, DEFIhas been true to its tagline "Face the Challenge”.

View point is the Newsletter which regularly prepared by our students during the Inaugural Function of the ENMASSE. This will contain all the Information about the departmental activities and upcoming events.

Focus is the Magazine which is regularly published by our students. This activity Focus is mainly for the improvement of the written skills of the students.

MBA department is one of the dynamic departments in our college. Along with the academics we have invited eminent professionals from the industry to share their experiences and enable the students to widen their vision.

Guest lectures are an integral part of the teaching process. Eminent Professionals from various industries and Alumni are invited to share their valuable insights from their rich experience about contemporary business issues and the challenges they are facing. These sessions serve as an ideal platform for the students to supplement their theoretical knowledge with firsthand perspective.

Management games are a safe way to practice a management situation. It helps the students to improve their decision making & leadership skills.Management Games are conducted on all the functional areas of a management such as Marketing, Research and Development, Human Resources, Production and Inventory and Finance.

Soft skill programmes are conducted by the department every semester for the development of the students in different areas such as Personality, Grooming and Attitude etc.

Separate communication skill development programme is conducted every semester for the students by the experts from the field

The students are made to participate in Seminars and Group Discussion as a part of curriculum. The GD practice makes the students excel in their Interpersonal & Leadership skills.
