The Department consists of five experienced faculty members. They are extremely well-qualified and well-motivated, imbued with a strong commitment to teaching and research. They undergo various Faculty Development Programme conducted by different universities to improve their teaching skills, leadership qualities, and also self confidence. Such training programme and refresher courses help the staff improve their knowledge of student psychology and also their class room management. They attend seminars and national and international conferences organized by various institutions to update themselves with the latest developments in the field of Engineering Chemistry. They also publish a good number of papers in reputed National and International Journals.
