Rotaract club of Green Galaxy along with Rotaract club of Anand Institute of Higher Technology, DG Vaishnav College, Loyola Institute of Technology, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering sponsored by Rotary club of Madras Central Aadithya, Chennai silk city, Madras Pallava, Madras south west and Chennai Royals together conducted a cultural event named "Fanaa" - season 12 on 22nd January 2023 in Montfort Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Alandur. From Rotaract Club of Anand Institute of Higher Technology, Rtr. Varun Priyan was co-chairperson of this event. More than 100+ participants from our club took part in it.

The main purpose of conducting the event Fanaa is to provide mobility aids for the quadriplegic and paraplegic people at the soul free INSPIRE centre, Tiruvannamalai. Nearly, 1000+ registrations were made for this event.

The events conducted in various modes such as online, on-stage and off-stage. Online events include Battle of Graphy - a photography contest, Fall out show- content writing, IWC- Insta reels and splash- art work. On-stage events include King of the Ring- Dance competition, Never give up- Adaptune and Survivor series - 60 secs to fame. Then, events like Change in a cell- Channel surfing, Divas Makeover- Bridal makeup, Raw foodie - Cook without fire and Crimson mask- Face painting was conducted as Off Stage-Events.

The events started by collaring the presidents of the respective co- host clubs and honouring the chief guest. Followed by Emcee introduction, by Adavadi Ansar, the information and instructions about bridal makeup and cooking without fire were given to the participants. The on-stage event Adaptune started to begun, and the participants of their respective clubs performed one by one. Loyola college launched a cultural performance. Later, Mr. Nitin Simon, Judge of Adaptune competition announced the winning team and got felicitated by the Fanaa team. Followed by GSS Singapenney Launch, Chef Dinesh judge for cook without fire competition, announced the results and got felicitated by Fanna team. Celebrity Walkin done by Balaji Shri. Followed by Bridal makeup, team ramp walk & judge felicitation and vicky media launch and felicitation by core team. Then, Celebrity Walkin by VJ Ravi and You tube Series Launch. The competition 60 seconds to fame begins, 7 Participants performed in the event. Followed by MOP Kids performance. Then, the winner for the event 60 seconds to fame, was announced and the Judge Vignesh Anthony, KPY9 performer and voiceover artist got felicitated by the Fanaa team.

And, off stage event's information was given to the participants. Celebrity Walkin done by Imman Annachi. Launch by conference team followed by the felicitation of Mrs. Arthi Baskar, Judge of content writing contest and introduction to Choreo competition judge choreographer Sathish. And the face painting and Channel surfing judge Mr. Lokesh pop addy announced the winning team and got felicitated by the Fanaa core team. Fanaa Awards and President Elect Launch. Followed by, "Vision" Project Launch by DD Vaishnava College. Choreo competition judge choreographer Sathish and Insta reels Judge Vigneshwar N announced the winning team and got felicitated by the Fanaa core team. Then East Coast Paatu Paadava Launch followed by Celebrity Walkin Rio Raj. Madras Central Launched a cultural performance.

Valedictory begins, where the presidents and chairpersons of their respective co-host clubs and committee heads got honoured and felicitated heartfully by the Fanaa core team. Later, the presidents of their respective clubs, called the event to end. At last, Fanaa event ended with DJ night conducted by DJ sparrow. The event Fanaa- season 12 got successfully completed with the co-ordination and co-operation of the clubs and the participants.
